Everyone over 18 years of age, or companies registered in Bronnoysund.

Company accounts can only be created by persons authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the company.

You must provide accurate and complete personal and contact information for verification.

Only one user account is allowed per person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

GiBud reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts in the event of abuse, violation of the rules, or a threat to security.

All bids are binding. By bidding, you commit to purchasing the item if you have the highest bid at the end of the auction.

Bids cannot normally be deleted or changed. Contact the seller immediately if you make an incorrect bid.

It is strictly prohibited to bid on your own objects or in any other way artificially inflate the price.

The seller is obligated to sell to the highest bidder at the end of the auction (provided that the reserve price is met).

Buyer and seller must complete the transaction as quickly as possible, normally within 7 days of the buyer being contacted.

The item must be in accordance with the advertisement. If there is a significant discrepancy, the seller must return the item and refund the purchase price and postage.

It is prohibited to offer goods that violate Norwegian law (stolen goods, drugs, illegal copies, etc.).

Ads must be placed in the correct category. GiBud may move or delete misplaced ads.

It is not permitted to post the same object in multiple ads at the same time, or attempt to sell it in parallel on other platforms.

Images should not infringe copyright, and should not be screenshots from other ads.

All trading, including payment agreements and bargaining, for objects advertised on GiBud must take place via GiBud's platform.

It is not permitted to contact the counterparty or provide contact information in the advertisement/messages to avoid platform fees.

The rating book shows the user's seriousness and is an important tool for trust.

Both buyer and seller should provide a rating after the transaction is completed.

It is not permitted to give "revenge grades" (a negative grade in response to a negative grade).

GiBud may close accounts that incur repeated negative ratings, or one serious negative rating after review.

Users are encouraged to resolve disagreements directly with the other party before giving a negative rating.

All information you receive about other users (contact information, etc.) is confidential and will only be used to complete the relevant transaction.

It is prohibited to misuse the information for advertising, spam, or adding it to mailing lists.

There is a sales commission on the sales amount upon sale (see price list for details).

In some categories there may be a fixed price instead of commission.

Other services and memberships are invoiced according to the price list.

Invoices are sent by email and have a 10-day payment deadline.

In the event of non-payment, the user account may be closed without notice, and outstanding claims may be sent to debt collection.

GiBud is only a platform that mediates contact between buyer and seller.

GiBud is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for errors, deficiencies, payment, shipping or other execution of the transaction.

GiBud reserves the right to change, add, or adapt these terms of use at any time.
